The Dream Spaces is an independent interior design studio based in Spain and the controller of any personal data you share with us. Our website is thedreamspaces.com. You can reach us at any time at gosia@thedreamspaces.com, and our full registered business details are available on request.
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the project details you choose to share. We do not collect any payment information through this website.
Our website does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. Only essential cookies needed for the site to function may be used. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any tracking cookies are set.
The information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the agreed design services. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Your enquiry details are received by email and stored securely. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties.
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where a project agreement is signed, on the basis of contract performance. All processing is carried out in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to respond and follow up. If no project agreement follows, we will delete your data within 12 months. Client project data is retained for a period of 5 years following project completion, in accordance with Spanish fiscal requirements.
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also request that we restrict or stop processing your data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at gosia@thedreamspaces.com.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
