We handle the complete interior renovation working within your property's existing footprint. Anything structural that changes the layout of your property should be architect-led (extensions, changes to the façade, altering the layout by moving walls). We frequently partner with architects to ensure the interior design integrates seamlessly.
We source and manage the contractors, coordinating the project from start to finish. You have one point of contact throughout the project build. This option is best for clients managing a renovation from abroad.
You source and manage the contractors, while we can be as involved as you want us to be offering our supervision. You control your budget and work progress. Every site visit, call and coordination session is logged on an open timesheet.
Construction work is project-specific — there is no easy way to price it upfront and we won't guess. What we can tell you is exactly how our fee is calculated once we've seen the space. Contractor costs are always paid directly by you, on our request to pay. We never hold trade money.
